8 Week Mindfulness Course (MBCT)
This is for anyone wishing to cultivate more balance & peace of mind in their lives.
Over the weeks, we learn that by deliberately paying attention to what happens in the mind & body, we can better deal with & more skilfully respond to the stresses & strains of everyday life.
We learn how to respond to old habits in more helpful ways, to better take care of ourselves & live our best lives.
The first wk is 1 hr, the next 8 are 2 hr sessions. Included is a handbook & online access to meditations.
