Webinar: Loving Kindness during Rough Times, by donation
About
Webinar: Loving Kindness during Rough Times
With Margo van Greta
Loving Kindness is the wish to bring happiness, to ourselves, to others, to our planet. Love comes in different forms. Join me for this meditation from the Buddhist tradition, where we cultivate Metta, or loving kindness in our hearts. We need this for the healing of our world.
If we want to care for our surroundings, and make a difference in our world, we need to nurture our inner being as well. This Loving Kindness meditation is part of the Work That Reconnects.
This is an experiential session.
We will explore the four aspects of love through a guided meditation. There will be an opportunity to share in small groups.
Since this is an experiential session, active participation is required.
