Unreflected Reflections is a project celebrating
the Muslim communities in Gloucester and the
significance of their contribution which has shaped
the spaces, places and culture of the city facilitated
by the Friendship Café.
Following on from the ‘Untold Stories series’
(2003) and the ‘History of Muslims in Gloucester’
booklet (2008), The Friendship Café is hoping to
build on this and provide a glimpse into the history
and narrative on the Muslim communities in
Gloucester through a photography exhibition called
‘Through the Lens’ and short film documentary
called ‘Gloucester’s Glory’'
