Directed by Nicholas Houghton the Brighton Singers chamber choir present a choral journey through the centuries. In this 400th anniversary of William Byrd's death , the choir will sing his magnificent 5-part Mass. Included in the programme are Lotti's Crucifixus, Rheinberger's Abendlied, Bach's wonderful motet Jesu Meine Freunde and a motet by Brahms. We arrive in the 20th century with Duruflé's Quatre Motets.Enjoy interval fizz and cake.
