Zoom presentation by Lucy HowarthDr Lucy Howarth is an art historian, lecturer, curator and researcher; her interests are in contemporary art/design and twentieth century modernism – with a particular focus on the art movement Constructivism and issues of gender in relation to histories. Her PhD (completed in 2009 at the University of Plymouth) was on the queer British Constructivist artist Marlow Moss, and focussed on the intersection of practice and legacy. Lucy currently teaches Contextual + Theoretical Studies at the University for the Creative Arts, Canterbury.
Lucy has worked as a researcher and curator at art institutions including Tate Britain/Tate St. Ives, Hastings Contemporary, Leeds Art Gallery and Museum Haus Konstruktiv in Zürich.
