Identifying and using your power and influence
Price: FREE with NeXworking (you must be a middle or senior leader in your school (or a governor) to qualify for this ticket ) or £55 for CPD only
Power and influence are critical tools for leaders because they allow you to create action and drive change in others. But different leaders get their power and influence from different sources, and some struggle to channel them at all. You’ll gain a sense of where your power and influence come from, and where you have gaps in your power and influence that you are not exploiting.
Once you know where your gaps are, you can work to fill them. This session will explore how to fill gaps, and help you to work on your power and influence relationships with particular stakeholders. You will leave the session with a clear plan for increasing your influence and strategies to do so from that moment on.
The recordings of the sessions will be made available to delegates for 30 days after the event. A printable certificate for your CPD file will be made available after the training is complete. You will also recieve access to webinar support materials.
