I haven't received my tickets or I can't find my tickets.

If you can't locate your tickets in your email, please check your junk and spam folder. You can resend the tickets to your email address by using our recover tickets page.

What is the TryBooking charge on my credit card statement for?

TryBooking is used by a wide range of organisers such as schools, councils, sports clubs and businesses. Charges will show on your credit card as "TryBook - event organiser name". If you are still not sure what a transaction is for, please use our Find Transaction page to get more details.

I'd like to make a change to my booking.

If you wish to change your session, seat, name of ticket holder or information that you entered during the booking process. Please contact the event organiser directly. You will find a contact button in your booking confirmation email. All changes are made at the discretion of the event organiser.

Refunds or cancellations.

Any potential refunds relating to an event are handled solely by the event organiser, who creates and manages their event using TryBooking. If you want a refund or have a question about an event, please contact the event organiser directly. You will find a contact button in your booking confirmation email. The TryBooking booking fee is non-refundable fee.

Do I need to print my tickets?

You do not need to print your tickets unless it is specified by the event organiser. Tickets are mobile responsive and can be shown on your mobile phone screen for entry. If you are unsure, please contact event organiser for clarification.

I can't login to my account.

You do not need an account to purchase tickets or make bookings on TryBooking. Accounts are only for event organisers managing ticket sales. After completing a booking, all tickets are sent to the email address that was provided during the booking process. If you can't locate your tickets, please go to our recover tickets page.

I can't find the event I'm looking for.

Please go to the Buy Tickets page and search for your event. Search a specific term related to your event to narrow your search.

I have a question about my purchase.

If you have a question about a purchase such as start times, venues questions, special needs, name changes, general information or non-delivery of products, please contact the organiser directly. You will find a contact organiser button in your booking confirmation email.

Need a Tax Invoice for your purchase?

If you have not received a tax invoice after completing a booking and you require one, please contact the event organiser and request a detailed tax invoice. You will find a contact organiser button in your booking confirmation email. A tax invoice for the fees charged by TryBooking is provided in the booking confirmation email.
